    Call Center Manager with JD (Juris Doctor) degree As our Legal Call Center Manager, you will have the opportunity to engage and sign clients in the areas of personal injury, including TBI, catastrophic injury, motorcycle accidents, trucking, slip and fall, dog bites, etc. Responsibilities: • Invite potential clients to meet with the firm and provide an initial consultation. • Develop relationships with contacts in the legal community to help build a network of potential clients. • Conduct legal research and analysis for pending cases. • Ensure that documentation meets legal requirements for all incoming cases. • Compile evidence to support factual and legal analysis of cases. • Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved. • Determine the viability of potential cases. • Sell the Firm’s strengths and capabilities while managing expectations and convincing potential clients to sign. • Converse with clients and address concerns and case progression including nights and weekends. • Travel to locations to speak with and sign clients. • Assist potential clients step-by-step through their intake process. • Bring a team-oriented and positive attitude to our office. • Develop Leadership Skills and mentor and manage Intake Team. Qualifications: • Law Degree and active membership in good standing with Georgia Bar. • A minimum of 2 years of experience as an attorney with a focus on intake. • In-depth knowledge of legal research software and applications. • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills in order to establish relationships with clients. • Superior analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills. • Call Center/Sales Experience. Compensation: $80,000 yearly + Bonus
