"No Recruiter Contact please" Responsibilities: • Assist team members with administrative tasks such as data entry, paperwork, photocopying, and processing faxes as needed • Manage incoming phone calls and emails, ensuring important information reaches the appropriate recipients promptly • Maintain an updated calendar by managing appointments for staff members • Handle incoming and outgoing mail as well as any deliveries efficiently • Ensure a warm and welcoming reception for employees, clients, and visitors at the front desk • Communicate vital information or directions to the relevant individuals or teams effectively • Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks efficiently Qualifications: • 1+ years of front desk receptionist experience or related job experience • Personal Injury Law Experience (a plus) • Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills • Has previous experience with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills • Well-versed in taking telephone calls, multitasking, and being able to work under pressure and stressful situations • Meeting Deadlines • Minimum Education - High School graduate; received a G.E.D. or equivalent • Must be Bilingual Compensation: $16+ hourly DOE
