    Job Title: Skilled Case Manager for Personal Injury (Bilingual in Spanish) Are you an experienced Legal Case Manager with fluency in Spanish? We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team in Roswell, GA. As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of case management, including legal document preparation, conducting research, and managing case files. In this role, you will be in charge of the entire process, from handling the case and communicating with clients to managing medical records and therapy, and ultimately resolving the legal demand. "No Recruiter Contact please" Responsibilities: • Contacting clients to obtain treatment updates and other information • Gathering medical documents and verifying medical balances • Assembling medical bills for demand package • Managing client files, including scanning necessary records, bills, and other related paperwork • Formulating legal documents/demand letters • Working closely with Attorney • Working closely with Legal Assistant • Working closely with Settlement/ Disbursals Qualifications: • Possess a high school diploma • Have Paralegal certification or a relevant 2-year degree • Proficiency in computer programs, such as spreadsheets, word processing, and case management software • Outstanding organizational skills and excellent communication ability (both verbal and written) • Demonstrate the capability to multitask and to work independently • Provide 3-5 years of knowledge in case management • Possess a background in drafting legal documents and conducting legal research • Experienced in Personal Injury Law in the state of Georgia • Tech-savvy Compensation: $25+ hourly Depending on Experience
