    We are looking for an experienced personal injury legal assistant to support our busy attorneys and paralegals at our law firm. You'll be in charge of managing office correspondence, including answering phone calls, emails, processing mail and faxes, scheduling meetings, and preparing conference rooms. Benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401k Paid time off Responsibilities: • Provide administrative support to other team members with data entry, paperwork, photocopying, etc. when needed • Respond to incoming phone calls and emails and make sure the right people receive all important information • Arrange appointments for employees and keep the calendar up-to-date • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and handle deliveries • Give every employee, client, and visitor a warm welcome at the front desk and communicate any important information or directions Qualifications: • Candidates must have worked with legal software, case management, and docketing programs • Able to meet demanding deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Associate’s degree, or some college is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent is necessary • At least 1-2 years of previous experience in personal injury law firm performing administrative tasks • Comfortable working with all Microsoft Office products • 1+ year of front desk receptionist experience or related job experience preferred • Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills • Has previous experience with word processing programs and basic computer skills • Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations Compensation: $15 - $17 hour DOE
