We are seeking an Office Manager/Admin to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
Proficient using ADP system & Quick Books
Process weekly payroll
Interview employees daily
Recruit employees on job posting websites
Create job postings and social media content
Monthly billing and collections
Plan and schedule appointments and events
Greet and assist onsite guests
Answer inbound telephone calls
Develop and implement organized filing systems
Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish a huge plus
Previous experience in office administration or other construction related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Previous experience working in the construction industry
