    Job Description

    Looking for an experienced ENGINEERING RECRUITER to work remotely for an Electrical Manufacturer. The ideal candidate will have proven success in building effective sourcing strategies and implementing creative approaches to attract talent while establishing talent pipelines for future opportunities. We are looking for someone high-energy, driven, detail-oriented, and hardworking, with the ability to produce high caliber results: meeting hiring quotas and deadlines while maintaining salary budgets.     • Execute full life cycle recruiting activity for designated client groups with a focus on Process, Design and manufacturing engineers, field application engineers, those individuals with electrical, chemical, mechanical engineering background.
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring forecasts, recruiting priorities and fill critical hiring needs in a timely and high-quality manner.
    • Build effective sourcing strategies to fill open requisitions while establishing critical talent pipelines to ensure we hire the best possible talent.
    • Manage candidates throughout all stages of the recruiting process to ensure an elevated candidate experience.
    • Leverage technology for sourcing and recruitment purposes (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, social platforms, etc.)
    • Partner closely with HR Business Partner team to ensure clear understanding of overall talent needs.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, or related field.
    • Minimum of 4 years of demonstrated full life cycle recruiting experience.
    • Experience in advanced use of ATS functionality (preferably iCIMS), social media platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter) and other technology for sourcing and recruitment purposes.
