Job Description
Atlantic Private Wealth is seeking an experienced in-person assistant to support their top-performing financial advisory firm located in Chapel Hill, NC. This is a fast-paced, innovative environment full of extremely skilled, fun, smart people who are some of the best in the industry. The person in this role will work closely with the President of the company, Andrew Blass, to help with scheduling, drafting client correspondence, monitoring emails, and keeping up with tasks and projects. To start, duties will include answering phone and relaying messages; dealing with mail and deliveries; managing client and holiday gifts; food orders; and general office duties. This role will develop as you learn the ins and outs of the business and get to know the needs of the office. The ideal candidate will be proactive, responsible, organized, and perform well in high-stress situations. In addition to being a detailed person, you must be able to follow and create systems and processes. This is an in-person, full time position. The salary range is $50K to $60K annually. Salary will be determined on an individual basis and there is room for negotiation.

EXPERIENCE WITH THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED:
1-2 years office experience required
Professional client communication and support (both written and verbal)
Some project management experience is preferred
REQUIRED TASKS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Scheduling appointments and time management support
Drafting written client communications
Task and Project Management
General office duties
Answering the phone and relaying messages
General organizational skills

This position will require quick turn-around time on certain tasks.
This position requires reliable transportation to and from the office.
