    Job Description

    Atlantic Squared seeks an organized and motivated Marketing Coordinator to support CMO with marketing efforts for five brands under their umbrella. The ideal candidate has a passion for all things marketing. They are detail-oriented, have strong communication and organization skills, and are eager to learn.

    ABOUT ATLANTIC SQUARED:

    Atlantic Squared is a commercial and residential building supply group that supports locally-owned and independently-managed businesses that are like-minded. We are a place where residential & commercial roofing industry leaders unite to share resources, ideas, and staffing. We support 5 brands that spread over Georgia, Florida, Mississippi, and the Carolinas.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

    • Playing an Integral role in the planning and execution of marketing projects
    • Supporting the CMO in establishing and evaluating a marketing strategy and plan by analyzing and assembling sales forecasts, updating calendars, and organizing and planning marketing efforts.
    • Conducting research to analyze competitive landscape and market trends across multiple brand locations
    • Make small updates to company websites (WordPress)
    • Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
    • Design work on projects as needed
    • Coordinate email marketing for multiple brands
    • Liaison between external outsourcing company and internal team
    • Assist with social media efforts including writing copy, scheduling posts, and community management (Google My Business, Facebook, Instagram)
    • Support HR recruiting efforts
    • Perform other marketing tasks as needed

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field
    • 2-3 years of experience in a related field or position
    • Proficient with relevant software such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office
    • Graphic Design experience preferred
    • Experience in social media preferred (Google My Business and Facebook)
    • Experience with Website design/editing in WordPress
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Superb organizational skills and attention to detail.
