Essential duties and responsibilities of the Production Associate:

• Assist shipping and receiving unloading and checking in raw materials.
• Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders, pulling materials, packing boxes, placing orders in delivery area.
• Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards.
• Open bales, crates and other containers.
• Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders, printing request, recording amounts of materials or items received and distributed.
• Assist in physical inventory count.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat.
• Sweep , dust and mop.
• Organize warehouse and work area when required.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers to ensure efficient production and deadlines are met.
• Assist in loading raw materials to the production lines.
• Stack 5 gallon buckets onto pallets.
• Wear the proper safety equipment.

Qualification requirements of the Production Associate:

• 1-2 years previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Good communication, organizational, time management, and mathematical skills.
• Dependable and reliable.
• Inventory, equipment maintenance, data entry and computer skills may be required.
• Sharp attention to detail.
• Self-driven and hard worker.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Regularly lift and/or move objects that weigh up to 55 lbs.
• Able to stand for your entire shift.  
• Able to wear full face respirator as required.

Hours & Pay of the Production Associate:
\- Monday - Thursday - Work 4 / 10 hour shifts
\- 7:00 am - 5:30 pm
\- Temp to Hire Position for the right candidate after 90 days!
\- $13.00 an hour to start with $1.00 raise when you go full-time with client.
