    THIS IS A FULL TIME POSITION POSITION - YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO COME TO OUR OFFICE M - F AFTER YOUR INITIAL TRIAL PERIOD. TRIAL PERIOD CAN BE DONE REMOTE. COME BE PART OF A GROWING REAL ESTATE ACQUISITIONS COMPANY BASED OUT OF TRIANGLE. YOU HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN HOW TO EVALUATE DEALS AND LEARN DIFFERENT STRATEGIES. Looking for an individual to call cold/warm/hot leads that come from our marketing channel, vet a good deal from a bad deal based on basic information and formula provided. Will be going through pre-existing leads to verify lead interest to sell their home and time frame. Ideal candidate needs to be highly skilled and sales driven. This individual is to provide personalized real estate needs in acquisition at our company.

    The call center agent is a closer role that contributes to the efficiency of the business by providing personalized and timely support to inbound leads; achieve acquisitions and revenue growth objectives. To be successful in this role, the incumbent should be well-organized, sales driven, have great time management skills, be comfortable with making calls, work well in a team setting, can generate interest and be able to act without guidance. We can teach real estate, but you must bring the sales hustle. PAY - Salary- plus commissions NO Limit!. EARNINGS CAN BE 6 FIGURES!

    QUALIFICATIONS

    -Be a Hustler. -Fluent in English (Bilingual-Spanish is a plus) -Previous Real Estate experience a plus -Ability to multitask and prioritize work as needed. -Excellent time management skills. -Strong drive to be trained and learn new skills -Excellent interpersonal communication and strong writing skills. -Strong phone/video presence and experience dialing calls. -Comfortable and assertive on the phone. -Highly organized, patient and can maintain a high level of confidentiality. -Ability to work independently and under the pressure of deadlines. -Committed to work a full-time job. -You MUST have GREAT communication skills. -Must be reliable and punctual. -Must be comfortable with closing contracts. -Any previous sales experience is a plus. GOAL To convert quality leads into profitable transactions through tactical negotiations, relationship/rapport building, and proper evaluations of property/seller needs.

    ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Receive/make calls from all avenues of marketing and evaluate all qualified leads.
    2. Use script to qualify and close all leads.
    3. Enter, maintain, track, and follow up with all Leads in our CRM.
    4. Report to and assist Sales Manager by ensuring leads are properly qualified and offered.
    5. Test and evaluate consumer response to different negotiations tactics and scripts.
    6. Link the proper leads to the proper campaigns for accurate tracking and measuring. Work with Marketing Manager if necessary.
    7. Analyze properties, look at comparables, and determine cash offers.
    8. Actively seek referrals and introductions to networks of business owners.
    9. Give ratified contracts to Closing Department.
    10. Additional duties and/or responsibilities may be assigned as deemed necessary.
    11. Hold to the highest ethical standards and use business judgment to balance the needs of the client with the needs of the company.

    12.Calling new inbound leads within 5 minutes of a lead submission. POSITION STANDARDS

    1. Generate at least $100,000 of CLOSED revenue for the company every month.
    2. Close at least 8 contracts signed per month.
    3. Make at least 25 offers per week.
    4. Have at least 8% Offer to Contract Ratio
    5. Have a 25% Qualified lead to opportunity, 260 per month
    6. Follow up with all potential leads with an offer range in the time promised. (10-15 minutes after initial contact)
    7. Make at least 60 Sales Calls Daily. 1,200 calls monthly minimum
    8. Participate in weekly Leadership Meetings at 9:20am every Monday on Zoom.
    9. After contract ratification, give contracts to Closing Manager within 2 hours.
    10. Expected to be on phones on Monday through Friday/Saturday if possible.
    11. M-W-F EST 9:30am to 5:30pm, TUE & FRI - 10am-6pm.

    For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, stable-reliable power connection along with experience using communication tools like Skype.
