Acquisitions Associate

We identify willing and able sellers and negotiate off-market and below-market opportunities. Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling – initiate and conduct outbound calls to property owners, identifying potential target opportunities.
• Identification of Willing and Able Seller – qualify leads by gathering essential information about the property, assessing the owner’s willingness to sell, and understanding key details that impact the acquisition process.
• Relationship Building – establish and maintain positive relationships with property owners, addressing their inquiries, building rapport, and effectively communicating the benefits of selling to our organization.
• Pipeline & Stage Management – Record detailed information about each lead and maintain an organized database. Follow up with interested property owners, to guide them through the next steps in the acquisition process

Compensation Plan

Full Time Employees $40,000 annual base salary, along with a lucrative commission structure!
