    Job Description We are seeking a professional and personable Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that each customer has a positive shopping experience. You will engage with customers with high energy, Provide accurate product knowledge, and generally provide excellent customer service in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate is friendly, Great at communication and Maintains a great attitude at all times.

    Responsibilities

    Provide service to new and existing customers related to providing quotes, taking payments, answering questions, and providing documentation.

    Confer with customers to provide detailed information about products and services

    Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's concern, determining the cause of the issue, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the issue, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.

    Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, comments, and actions taken in the CRM system.

    Collaborate with team members, mentor staff, provide expertise and answer questions, and participate in formal and informal meetings as needed.

    Qualifications

    Demonstrate strong customer focus and an excellent people skills; display strong verbal communication skills as well as excellent customer experience.

    Possess a sense of urgency, attention to detail, organization, multi-tasking, and follow-up skills, and the ability to handle difficult situations with customers and solve complex problems without direct supervision.

    Have a great student mentality and be willing to learn time management skills with a personal accountability mindset as well as technology and computer proficiency, including CRM systems.
