Job Description
Atlas Executive Consulting, LLC (Atlas) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to oversee our west and east coast recruiting strategy and team. This position will work with our hiring leaders and employees to ensure we are attracting and hiring bright, creative, and collaborative talent. You will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting and sourcing. You'll play a substantial role in defining and driving strategic and operational initiatives related to the team and culture we are building.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Partnering with employees and hiring managers to build links and deliver hires across the entire east coast organization and locations
- Demonstrating knowledge of the market including the Government/DoD/DoN/NAVWAR industry to meet our hiring goals
- Building and handling a pipeline of candidates for each Atlas team across multiple channels
- Monitoring and analyzing the pipeline
- Optimizing our Applicant Tracking System, Paycom
- Providing a personalized experience for every candidate from application stage to start date
- Briefing senior leadership on pipelines and operational improvement initiatives
- Developing and updating job descriptions and specifications
- Preparing recruitment materials and posting jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable state and federal laws as well as the company policy
- Experience managing social media accounts across a variety of platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter
- Supporting the Human Resources department in all other areas as needed
- Other duties as signed
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- 3 - 5 years’ experience as a full-cycle recruiter
- Strong understanding of the importance of analytics to create, manage, and adjust a hiring program
- Strong intuition for identifying and creatively sourcing talent
- Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad range of technical & non-technical positions
- Ability to work independently and in a high pressure, multi-personality, fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Superb written and spoken communication skills
