We are urgently seeking for individuals who are currently located in US and Canada, to join our team. We need Administrative Supports to be assigned in our store branches. We offer competitive salary and benefits package based on experience and qualifications.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
The key role of this position is to attend to customer’s needs. There is no driving, no pick-up, or lifting functions performed. The job involves handling of confidential company information.
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process customer sales transactions and enter information into AXP Express Padala computer system, Money Services Web Based System/Equipment’s and other company’s product and services.
- Handle customer’s concerns & complaints and help find solutions to resolve the issues.
- Manage and maintain schedule of boxes for pick-up. Coordinate with CSR Manila for assignment of pick up for the drivers.
- Prepare daily management report and deposits and reconcile report with the remittances/ transactions for the day. Prepare branch report requested from time to time.
- ne calls.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, office keep and maintenance.
- Employee periodic training programs must be executed and updated.
- Provide customer satisfaction and make them happy (Keep smiling).
- Perform Marketing/Promotion Sales of Cargo, Travel & Money Remittance Services.
- Perform all other administrative tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
