Job Description
Atlas Management is looking to add a full-time experienced Community Manager to join our team! This position will be covering properties within a Portland portfolio. Our ideal candidate is someone who is professional, personable, approachable, and willing to be hands on and really take ownership of the buildings they are assigned to. They will manage the day-to-day operations to achieve established budgeted financial and operational goals, ensures that the operation of the property complies with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other laws and regulations governing Multi-family housing.
Candidate must have employment history that demonstrates knowledge of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service. They must also have the capacity to handle customer complaints in an effective manner. Basic knowledge of financial records such as operating budgets is also required. Candidate must have strong communication skills which will include explaining legal documents, apartment features and marketing the property in effective manner. Candidate must be comfortable using technology such as Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook.
