We offer a flexible, casual work environment via remote, hybrid and work on-site options. With that stated, this posting is specifically looking to grow our Texas based recruiter team. We have an office location in Dallas Texas, but we are considering outstanding relationship salespeople from anywhere in Texas.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work to deliver a strong candidate slate, continuously building talent pipelines to ensure there are multiple and qualified candidates available.
• Solicit and pursue referrals from business networks and/or internal referrals.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications against position requirements and determine who to move forward in the recruitment process.
• Ensure candidates are provided with timely updates concerning the status of their submittal process.
• Prepare candidates for interviews, coaching them on logistical information, interview schedule and overall expectations.
• Assist and support the healthcare professional through the complete placement process - which includes submittal, interview, acceptance, compliance, travel, assignment, and retention.
• Support the internal Atlas departments through the employment/assignment process as needed.
• Actively listen and address questions in a professional and mature manner.
• Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets.
• Contribute to the Atlas brand by being a positive and respectful professional to your internal and external customers.
• Always be an Atlas ambassador and advocate.
