    Job Description

    We are seeking a Planning & Reporting Professional to join our growing Team and solve some of the most challenging reverse logistics challenges for the transportation of Wind Turbines, working alongside industry leaders. Make a real difference in how wind turbine equipment is returned to factories for their re-use.     The Planning & Reporting Professional will be based at our customers campus in Brighton, Colorado. If you are creative, curious, and willing to do always improve yourself and processes, you will find a home here with us.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Plan and coordinate the daily requirements for the field technicians located in Brighton according to the needs of the customer and the current capabilities of the Company/Field Technicians.
    • Support the Team Lead in the daily monitoring of the planned activities.
    • Report daily compliance with the planned activities, including status of equipment in stock.
    • Control of material in stock for both finished product and secondary items, including continual update of status of components on tracking sheets.
    • Identify material purchase requirements (on short term, medium term and long term basis) based on the execution planning and in stock material in stock.
    • Follow up/track Purchase Orders; and supplier deliveries..
    • Monitoring customer equipment deliveries from the various project sites.
    • Document and prepare instructions to better process of receiving equipment from customer's project sites .
    • Lead and respond to customer reporting requirements and internal reporting requirements.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Passion for wind turbine transportation industry and excitement to work on a start-up company (2-year-old company).
    • Previous experience in production planning and logistics or other related fields.
    • Strong project management and organizational skills.
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask; experience with dealing with several tasks on a daily basis.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work well both independently and in teams. Most team work will be outdoors.
    • Experience with inventory management.
    • Experience with ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING (ERP) systems
    • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience with Wind Turbine or other manufacturing plants
    • Associate or bachelor degree, preference given to those with industrial operations, manufacturing operations, operation management or logistics related degrees.
