Job Description

We are seeking to add an Order Entry Specialist/Receptionist to our team! You will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Welcoming visitors and directing them to their destinations
• Answer phone and direct callers to the appropriate person/department
• Assist with all filing and paperwork flow
• Enter variety of data using current technology
• Provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks
• Prepare and sort documents for data entry
• Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes
• Review and enter data updates in the systems
• Review discrepancies in data received
• Advise supervisor of issues related to data
• Able to type a minimum of 50 words per minute or 12,000 KPH accurately
• Order Entry- Enter customer P.O's into our computer system to generate shop work order/paperwork
• Type quotations into our computer system and email them to customers
• Answer phone and direct callers to the appropriate person/department

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in data entry or other related fields
• Excellent typing skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Excellent attendance
• Organized and efficient workflow habits
