Atlas Staffing is hiring a SR. RECRUITER for a premier client in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leads the recruitment processes from sourcing to offer on a variety of positions (Operations - Sr. Manager level)
• Partners with Senior Leadership and Hiring Managers on recruitment strategies for engaging, efficient and expedient talent attraction and on-boarding activities
• Conducts thorough and in-depth interviews with a high focus on potential and projection of future opportunities for the candidate

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree strongly preferred 
• 2 years of experience working as a recruiter or within human resources
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, ATS systems, social media, candidate database platforms
• Excellent communication skills
