JOB TITLE: Customer Service Representative

JOB LOCATION/CITY: Minneapolis, MN

TYPE OF JOB: Full-time, trial to hire.

HOURS/SHIFT: Monday – Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

PAY: $20.00 per hour, paid weekly.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for serving customers, building relationships, and ensuring their satisfaction by providing product and service information. They will be accurately processing and expediting orders within the customers’ requirements and along with transactions and documentation within guidelines and regulations set by the customer. They will be managing customer info and issue reports along with performing various administrative functions.

REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to perform a wide range of physical tasks including, but not limited to:

Detailed oriented and able to prioritize and multi-task

Proven ability to work with highly confidential data with a high level of professionalism  

Basic computer skills
