What we are looking for: A driven Transaction Coordinator who is extremely detail-oriented and thrives in fast-paced environments! They will manage transactions efficiently and deliberately to meet contractual deadlines, follow established processes, and maintain client satisfaction. The Transaction Coordinator must be adaptable to change and be solution-oriented. This individual must have a “can-do” attitude and will demonstrate consistent problem-solving initiative. Responsibilities: • Oversee administrative duties for transactions from contract to close • Lead, manage and hold accountable ALL parties in the transaction • Ensure the completion of all documents for title company, loan requirements, brokerage compliance, addendums, amendments, etc. • Update clients and 3rd parties regularly and in a timely manner • Audit documents to verify it has all the correct signatures and dates so the transaction process goes smoothly • Track all contract deadlines and ensure they are met • Comply with client requirements and brokerage requirements if necessary • Follow Service Level Agreements (SLAs) of the company • Meet with clients weekly to review active transactions • Maintain company CRM with up-to-date notes and information • Establish relationships with 3rd parties including frequently used title companies and lenders Qualifications: • Real Estate or title experience preferred • Extremely detail-oriented and organized • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities • Problem solver who can take action and take direction • Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience • Willingness to learn- You crave feedback and receive it with enthusiasm, seeking out opportunities to become better • Able to be nimble in ambiguity; be adaptable and open to change • Team player; works collaboratively with others • Able to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment Compensation: $36,000 - $50,000 yearly based on experience and closed deals
