  • Responsibilities

    Headquartered in Basking Ridge, NJ, Cornerstone has five offices in the U.S., plus locations in Germany and Singapore. This subsidiary of Atlas World Group is a dynamic full service global relocation management company that analyzes the complexities and nuances of thousands of relocation programs with the goal of taking them to a new level and tailoring them to the needs of clients. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

    • Review and maintenance of the financial transaction flows for assigned clients
    • Weekly general ledger reviews and the resolution of open items
    • Scheduled invoicing of amounts due to clients
    • Cost allocations and verification of service fees on individual transferee files
    • Final Account reconciliations including file closure
    • Preparing and recording cost estimates according to client policy
    • Cost and payroll reporting, including year-end transferee reports
    • Ad hoc reporting as required including the development of report formats
    • Assistance with the development, implementation and maintenance of processes
    • Cross-training team members
    • Other duties and special projects as required and assigned by management

    Required Skills

    Requirements:           

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field or equivalent experience and demonstrated skill sets
    • Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel
    • Working knowledge of MS Word and MS Outlook
    • Demonstrated familiarity with computerized accounting systems
    • Two to three years broad based accounting, tax, payroll experience and/or equivalent previous relocation finance experience.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to assist in developing coworkers
    • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines
    • Team orientation is mandatory
