Work From Home available for those not near our Irvine, CA office for West Coast presence.
- Manage the entire relocation process for each transferee as their primary contact and advocate
- Educate client contacts on minor relocation issues as related to transferring family, communicate with them regarding exception management specific to transferees, including recommendations on specific exceptions to policy
- Provide clients with transferee status updates, keeping them abreast of issues and solutions that arise so they are always knowledgeable
- Coordinate with all internal departments/functions to ensure successful transferee experience
- Review and negotiate offers and contracts for sale and purchase of residential property
- Trouble shooting with a readiness to jump in where needed
- Understanding client needs and requirements
- Explaining each client policy to the employee and how to appropriately utilize the benefits
- Conducting the initiation and research, after assessing needs of employee (and family)
- Delivering executive services to senior management employees
- Conducting real estate broker training, selection and assignment
- Following-up with the transferee, client and vendors
- Taking each move assignment from client authorization to closing table
- Continually updating TrackStar database
- Assist in the ongoing training of relocation associates
- Participate in client/prospect visits and presentations
- Other duties and special projects as required and assigned by management
- TELECOMMUTERS IN NEIGHBORING REGIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of industry experience
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) desirable
- Customer service focus through listening to the external customers, anticipating their needs and giving high priority to customer satisfaction
- Ability to work successfully in a team environment
- Attention to detail
- Well-organized with excellent follow-up skills
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Windows environment as well as Internet usage
- Consistently maintain a high activity/productivity level
- Adapt effectively in varying environments with different tasks, responsibilities and/or people
- Work effectively under pressure
- Well-spoken with good communication and listening skills
