    Job Description

    Join Atlassian as an intern and spend your summer with us having a direct impact on how millions of users collaborate and use software.

    You’ll be working directly on our Ecosystem organization under the Ecosystem Analytics group. The Atlassian Marketplace is our main hub of connecting developers and Atlassian customers to apps that can supplement and improve their experience with our family of products and services. You will be responsible for studying the marketing aspects and customer behaviours of our Marketplace. Using data science methods to develop marketing solutions with our Ecosystem Marketing team. You’ll also be involved firsthand in identifying opportunities through data improving our user experience with our engineering teams. We want you to be able to come in, with a fresh view and sense of curiosity into our world. Always be able to question and challenge the status quo.

    Some of the technologies you'll get to work with are AWS, Big Data (Hive/Presto), Tableau, Python, SQL, Air Flow, and of course Atlassian products

    On your first day, we'll expect you:

    · Be completing a Bachelors, Masters, or PhD in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related technical or business degree.

    · Experience programming in SQL and working knowledge with Python

    · Strong critical thinking and problem solving abilities

    · Knowledge of marketing measurement

    · Proven communication skills with team members near and far

    · Be able to commit to a full-time (40hrs / week) internship between June 2018 - August 2018
