    JOB DESCRIPTION

    ATLIS is seeking an IT professional to be responsible for facilitation, maintenance, and development of internal computer, hardware, and network systems at all multiple ATLIS locations in the MESA area. This individual will also be responsible for handling internal service calls and troubleshooting helpdesk requests for assistance with all systems. Atlis is a fast-paced startup environment, so this individual will have the opportunity to manage many different responsibilities typically completed by a larger team.

Mark's goal: take his energy-guzzling diesel pickup and convert it into an electric truck.     KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Installs, modifies, and repairs computer hardware and software
    • Resolves technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), printers, desktops, and other systems
    • Records, tracks, and documents the help desk request problem-solving process, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made, and actions taken, through to the final resolution
    • Tests fixes to ensure problem has been adequately resolved
    • Performs post-resolution follow-ups to help requests
    • Identifies and maintains current knowledge of appropriate software and hardware
    • Support WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security
    • Use professional and friendly communication skills, especially when helping end-users
    • Triage help and support tickets, fully reproduce bugs and production issues and communicate workarounds
    • Communicate effectively, balance immediate and long term needs, and understands when to escalate critical issues to key stakeholder

    IDEALLY, YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH:

    • Microsoft Office 365, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Admin as well as Zoom and Teams
    • Mac and PC laptops
    • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
    • High attention to detail and understands the importance of top-quality customer service with a professional attitude
    • Ability to understand priority based on scope, need, urgency and relationship to business vision and goal
    • Authorization to work in the United States
    • Ability to quickly learn new software applications and their components
