    JOB DESCRIPTION

    In a startup, every team member is critical. In this role, you will be driving our development projects to production by producing high-quality products and services and meeting our production goals. Our AMV battery cell is a game changer in the EV market and you will beresponsible for all aspects of manufacturing, using bothmanual tools and automated equipment.  You will support the engineering team in thedevelopment and update of process documentation, including procedures forequipment operation.  You will followwork instructions and quality requirements to ensure the best product possibleis built, completing all activities safely and within cycle time.  You will help define process improvements,including layout, material flow and operational sequence.  You will assist in the planning of newequipment and processes to achieve a desired higher quality or volumeoutput.  You will work with your team tobuild the best work environment while having fun in a start up culture.

Mark's goal: take his energy-guzzling diesel pickup and convert it into an electric truck.     KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Execute manufacturing instructions for production tasks
    • Maintain safety compliance in the manufacturing environment
    • Tackle technical issues in a timely and strategic manner to ensure highest production output
    • Work with Manufacturing engineering to land new lines as well as upgrade old lines
    • Help develop line materials usage and planning to ensure lines are stocked and ready to run
    • Able to lift up to 25 lbs and work in a standing position for the majority of shift (8 hours with overtime as required)

    IDEALLY, YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH:

    • 5 years manufacturing battery cells or similar experience in high volume manufacturing, semiconductor or automotive preferred.
    • Experience with operating automated equipment, material rolling and punching machines preferred.
    • Good computer skills using MS Office products.

    AND YOU'RE SOMEONE WHO IS:

    • Excellent interpersonal skills, good communicator with technical and non-technical issues.
    • Creative & critical thinker with strong problem solving abilities.
    • Self-starter who is willing to get their hands dirty
    • High school diploma, some college education or certification preferred.
    • Positive can-do attitude
