This role offers a unique opportunity to work with top travel agents from around the world, sharing with them ways they can leverage Atmosfy to share with their clients through video their hotel, dining & activity recommendations to both increase their revenue & enhance their itinerary planning processes to increase their client satisfaction. Responsibilities: What You'll Be Doing: • Develop and maintain relationships with Travel Agent partners to enhance client's booking experiences. • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a positive travel experience. • Facilitating onboarding calls with our Travel Agent Partners educating them on all the tools Atmosfy provides to make their job easier & more effective. Qualifications: What We're Looking For: • Experience in the travel industry, preferably working in the travel agency field. • Strong customer service and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and in a team. • Familiarity with different travel destinations and trends. Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 yearly
