Atmosfy is seeking a talented Human Resources Specialist to join our innovative remote team. Offering a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $80,000, this position provides an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our dynamic workforce. Responsibilities: What You'll Be Doing: • Analyze and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current regulations and company objectives. • Conduct interviews, recruit, and onboard new employees to meet staffing needs and contribute to company culture. • Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts, conducting investigations, and providing guidance on HR-related issues. • Administer employee benefits programs and assist with payroll processing to support employee satisfaction and retention. • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and promote professional growth within the company. Qualifications: What We're Looking For: • 1+ years of experience in HR roles • Proficient in HRIS systems • Strong interpersonal and communication skills Compensation: $75,000 - $80,000
