Responsibilities: What You'll Be Doing: • Monitor and review user-generated content across the globe to ensure compliance with community guidelines and company policies. • Provide timely and constructive feedback to the community regarding their content, with a focus on maintaining a positive and inclusive online community. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for enhancing user engagement and fostering a strong sense of community. • Identify and escalate any potential issues or trends in user behavior that may impact the online community atmosphere or brand reputation. • Regularly analyze data and metrics related to user interactions and content performance to inform content moderation decisions and improve community engagement strategies. Qualifications: What We're Looking For: • Strong communication skills • Ability to work in a remote setting • Attention to detail • Familiarity with social media platforms Compensation: $35 - $45 per hour
