Responsibilities: WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING? • Work with the product team to coordinate initiatives and prioritize feature development according to company goals. • Collect and analyze customer feedback, competitive analysis, industry research, and analytics to inform product strategy. • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, user flows, and product development lifecycles. • Create product roadmaps, timelines, and requirements documents for the product team and stakeholders. • Manage the quality assurance process to ensure that product releases are on-time and meet customer expectations. Qualifications: WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR? • Experience working in tech or product management • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with a remote team • Outgoing and enthusiastic! • Attention to detail, organization skills, strong work ethic, and ability to handle confidentiality • Desire to build, collaborate, and develop strong and positive team relationships Compensation: $40 - $50/Hour
