    A BIT ABOUT YOU: Atmosfy is looking for an experienced Business Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Additionally, they will be able to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines while providing outstanding customer service. ABOUT THE ROLE: This role will be responsible for managing operational activities and processes across different departments to ensure efficient performance and success. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow with a dynamic and rapidly growing company, while making an impact on a global scale. The salary range is between $80k and $110k. Responsibilities: WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING? • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's Business Development departments and teams, ensuring that all business objectives are met. • Develop and implement processes and procedures for improved efficiency, productivity, and cost savings. • Monitor budgets and track expenses to ensure financial goals are met. • Lead the development and implementation of business strategies aimed at achieving short and long-term objectives. • Liaise with senior management and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and integrated services. Qualifications: WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR? • Bachelor's degree in business management, operations, or related field • At least 3 years of related experience in business operations • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to work within North American Time Zone (remote) Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000
