Job Description
Upper West Side Kitchen & Bath Showroom needs an experienced administrative assistant. Must have professional attitude, good communications skills, have knowledge of our industry or retail. Experience with web marketing from SEO to keywords certainly a plus!
Responsibilities to include:
- Maintain the showroom displays, greet clients, help provide product selection and process orders.
- Assist book keeper and designers with material orders, track purchase orders daily, enter payables and credit card payments in Quick Books.
- Knowledge of kitchen and bathroom materials a big plus.
- Knowledge of stone and tiles a big plus.- Get quotes on stone tops, shower doors, and tiles.- Answer phone with a friendly, professional demeanor and take messages.
- Check and maintain web site inquiries.
- Maintain and order office supplies.
- Other office duties as assigned. Quickbooks, Google Mail, Microsoft applications (Word, excel) are a must.
