Outbound Sales Rep

We do this because our customers enable our modern economy — they deserve it.Job Description:AtoB is looking for a passionate member to join our growing outbound sales team.Your work will directly help AtoB drive revenue and scale our growing business. This role reports directly to the outbound sales manager.You Will:
- Identify, develop and close new business opportunities
- Achieve the monthly sales quota targets
- Handle all sales activity with clients to include identifying and developing sales action plan, collecting documentation and *implementing established operational guidelines
- Be able to utilize CRM software to track and record the sales through the whole sales process along with customers account information
- Must meet or exceed all performance quota’s put in place
- Must comply with all management requests in a timely manner
- Be able to interact with prospect in more consultative approach
- Make 200+ plus cold calls per day to targeted prospects
- Work remotely with little supervision
- Critical thinker and be able to adapt to any situation you might run into in the sales process
Qualifications
- Ability to develop and execute the whole sales process and meet or exceed sales quotas
- Ability to sell and close business via the phone
- Ability to work independently and with limited supervision
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Prospecting skills to uncover new prospects.
- Must be a creative thinker to overcome customer rejections.
- Must be adaptable and be able to consistently deal with ever-changing situations.
- Strong verbal, written communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and locate potential prospects through marketing and networking.
- A strong background with a proven track record in outbound cold calling sales.
- Minimum 3-5 years in outbound phone sales.
- Must meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas
- Maintain pipeline of potential new clients
- Cold calls – 200+ Dials a day no less than 1,000 a week
- Pipeline- Close 40-50% Deals in pipeline per month
- CRM- will be the source for auditing compliance with these directives. Anything not recorded in CRM will not be counted towards any metric set in place.
