    As a Grant Analyst at ATOM Accelerator (AADAO), you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our grant program and the projects of our grantees. You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing grant opportunities, as well as nurturing relationships with prospective and existing grant applicants. Your efforts will directly contribute to the expansion and enhancement of the Cosmos Hub and ATOM community.

    This is a full-time, fully remote role, with no location restriction. Please upload your CV (resume) and a Cover Letter during the application process.

    Responsibilities:

    Outbound Engagement:

    • Actively source the best projects for grant opportunities and bring them to the Cosmos Hub ensuring alignment with AADAO's mission and goals.
    • Conduct outbound activities and outreach to attract promising teams and projects to join the ATOM Economic Zone with the support of grants from AADAO.
    • Cultivate strong relationships with prospective and existing grant applicants, fostering a network of collaborators and contributors within the Cosmos ecosystem.
    • Collaborate with the broader Web 3 community to identify potential grant opportunities and areas of collaboration.

    Grant Structuring, Reviewing, Evaluating, Monitoring, and Reporting:

    • Evaluate grant proposals based on alignment with AADAO's mission, potential impact on the Cosmos ecosystem, and technical feasibility.
    • Work closely with grant applicants to define project scope, funding requirements, milestones, and performance indicators.
    • Lead the entire grant lifecycle on assigned grants, from application review to post-grant monitoring, to ensure efficient and effective administration.
    • Research in collaboration with the Technical Reviewer Manager to identify valuable ideas for transforming into Request for Proposals (RFPs).
    • Support the production of Provide regular reports to AADAO leadership and the community on grant program performance, outcomes, and impact.

    Grant Management:

    • Suggest improvements and research a robust application review process, including screening, evaluation, and selection of grant recipients, in line with AADAO's guidelines.
    • Assist in improving due diligence procedures, including applicant interviews and project feasibility assessments.
    • Assist in enhancing a robust framework for monitoring and evaluating ongoing grant projects, tracking progress and milestones
    • Provide hands-on support to grants you manage to ensure the projects are successful. This includes helping problem-solve and remove blockers, providing constructive feedback and supporting the GTM of grantee projects.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in grant and/or investment management, preferably within the crypto or blockchain space.
    • Strong knowledge in product management, product marketing or a related field for a product within the crypto or blockchain space
    • Strong understanding of Crypto & Web 3, and ideally the Cosmos ecosystem
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
    • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Passion for driving innovation and fostering growth within the crypto community.
