JOB DESCRIPTION:

Atom Power is digitizing power technologies to enable smart communication between electrical sources and end use equipment which is essential to our country's clean energy transition.  We are growing fast and need help in procuring the best talent in the electrical and electronic manufacturing industry specific to electrical vehicle charging and residential energy automation.  In this key role you will be responsible for supporting the sales and marketing team with technical documentation, electrical drawings, competitive product teardown and analysis, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and update technical [customer facing) documents
• Create and update engineering drawings 
• In collaboration with product marketing, engineering, and under the direction of sales, coordinate and execute the teardown and analysis of competitive products.  
• Analyze results of teardowns and available market data and present findings and recommendations to the marketing and sales team.  
• Performs other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft and Google related software.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD preferred.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 

• Engineering student with two years' education completed (ME & EE preferred) 
• Electric Vehicle and software experience preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
