    Job Description

Overview Not everyone’s job is designed to make others happy. Let’s face it, even party clowns terrify a solid 50% of their young audiences. But when you’re a Client Services Representative, you’re in the business of bringing satisfaction to everyone — from Cox’s day-to-day customers to our VIP clients. Connections and smiles abound, and you don’t even need to know how to make balloon animals.

If you are jazzed by the notion of teaming up with like-minded folks to bring resolutions to concerns, and revolution to Client Services, then keep reading. We’re hiring a Client Services Representative II on our Dealertrack team, which is part of the Cox Automotive family of businesses, and you may have just struck gold. Read on!

Client Services Representatives will primarily research requirements with DMVs to record liens in all 50 states. Associates will prep sample packets for bulk DMV submissions which meet the aforementioned state requirements. This will involve filling out lien placement applications and compiling any other documentation required in the submission packets using documents provided by the client, and requesting any additional documents should existing documents not satisfy state requirements to record new liens on existing titles. Any prepped sample packets will be provided to fellow team members for a peer review. Associate will therefore be required to peer review in turn sample packets which were prepped by their colleagues. Associate will be required to monitor, log, research, and process any DMV rejections received. Associates will be handling highly sensitive information, and will be expected to respect that responsibility.

Responsibilities This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment with quick-turn times to keep the customer satisfied. Not NASCAR fast, but steadily riding the speed limit, for sure. If you like having your foot on the gas to get things done, while providing fantastic customer service along the way, take a look at some of the responsibilities you’ll tackle as a Client Services Rep II:
