    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Continuous Improvement Intern to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in process improvement methodologies and contribute to meaningful projects that drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.

    1st shift: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the identification of process improvement opportunities through data analysis and stakeholder consultation.
    • Participate in cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvement initiatives.
    • Support the documentation of current processes, standard operating procedures, and best practices.
    • Help track and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of improvement efforts.
    • Collaborate with team members to develop training materials and deliver training sessions on new processes and tools.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Currently enrolled in Associates or Bachelors degree program
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
    • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen is a plus.
