    We’re looking for an outgoing inside sales representative to help us smash our sales goals! You’ll help us generate leads by prospecting potential clients and add qualified leads to the sales funnel. Responsibilities: • Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads • Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads • Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved • Generate qualified leads for the sales team so they can provide a quick response to customers • Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead communication and address qualified opportunities for closing • Perform effective consultations with potential clients • Understand customer needs and requirements • Understand and demonstrate the service to the potential clients Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills • Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car • Effective oral and written communications skills • Strong interpersonal skills including emotional intelligence Compensation: $59,500 yearly
