    We’re looking for a marketing coordinator to join our tight-knit team of marketing professionals in their efforts to build the best brands. The ideal candidate is adept at coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects with responsibilities in social media, public relations, search marketing, advertising, and brand promotion. Responsibilities: • Run our social media accounts and return messages to inquiries • Play a key role on the marketing team in advising on and contributing to digital, advertising, and marketing strategies • Monitor and maintain content across all platforms including website, mailing lists, SEO, and analytics to keep content current • Deliver reports on monthly analytics across web and social platforms and advise on improvements • Create marketing materials including website content, advertisements, social media posts, and other collateral that is polished and on-brand • Being familiar with and developing the firm’s philosophy & messaging • Development & mid-year tweaking of annual marketing plans • Developed database of marketing activities & results data • Maintaining contact relationship management software and data • Coordination of one-on-one networking events • Coordination of the firm’s attendance at community networking events • Building and managing a top-of-mind awareness (TOMA) program (i.e. newsletter, email, and birthday messages) • Plan and manage parties, seminars, speaking engagements, and other group events • Oversight of the cultivation of gratitude amongst former clients for the firm’s service & experience • Supporting on occasion the firm’s client recruitment & onboarding Qualifications: • BA in Marketing or equivalent work experience required • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing/brand management or related field • Familiarity with web platforms, email systems, social media, public relations, and brand identity • Advanced knowledge of current market trends • Must possess excellent project management skills, communication skills, and a strong work ethic • Comfortable and capable of Excellent Remote Work • 3+ Years of relevant experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience with MS Word, Outlook, and transcription software • Ability to work efficiently and interact in a positive manner with clients, attorneys, and staff while under pressure • Professional demeanor Compensation: $45,000
