• 2+ years of appellate experience
• Prior Am Law 100 experience required
• Graduate from a Top 30 law school preferred

• Draft appellate briefs and motions
• Conduct in-depth legal research on complex issues
• Prepare for and participate in oral arguments
• Collaborate closely with partners and associates on case strategy
• Assist in developing new legal theories and arguments
• Contribute to the firm's publications and thought leadership
