Your Responsibilities:

• Counsel clients on AI frameworks (EU AI Act, U.S. state/federal laws)
• Draft/review contracts involving AI and tech products
• Create AI governance and ethical use policies
• Monitor new legislation and develop firm-facing thought leadership
• Collaborate across privacy, cybersecurity, and IP teams
• Mentor junior attorneys and participate in strategic planning

You Bring:

• 6+ years of experience in IP, technology law, or compliance
• Knowledge of data privacy (GDPR, CCPA) is a major plus
• Experience with contract negotiation in tech sectors
• Background in computer science or engineering is a bonus
• Admission to any U.S. Bar (Utah preferred or willing to join)
• Team-player attitude with strong communication and writing skills
