Responsibilities: • Determine case strategies and solutions to serve clients’ needs after analysis • Counsel clients by assessing options and determining the best course of action for a successful outcome • Oversee paralegals, law clerks, and administrative staff • Prepare various legal documents, such as motions, pleadings, briefs, and correspondence • Argue motions in court on behalf of clients during legal proceedings Qualifications: • Able to work independently while handling multiple files • Advanced computer skills working with legal research programs (Westlaw and Lexis) required • Graduation from law school with Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree and experience in representing clients for at least 2 years • Public speaking, decision-making, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are necessary for this role • Must be a member of your local bar association - active member preferred Compensation: $100,000 - $175,000 yearly
