The Opportunity We’re currently looking for an experienced family law attorney who is ready to represent our existing client base. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, administrative staff, and senior leadership to move cases forward with care and competence. If you have the ability to handle a diverse caseload, possess stellar research and writing skills, communicate with confidence and empathy, and are comfortable using today’s legal tech tools—we’d love to hear from you. What We’re Looking For • Strong background in family law • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple cases while staying organized and responsive • Proficiency with legal research tools and modern law practice technology • Knowledge of cloud-based software is a plus, but not required • A commitment to ethical representation and client-centered advocacy Responsibilities: • Identify client conflicts and determine case strategies with options for resolution • Supervise administrative staff, paralegals, and law clerks • Argue motions in court on behalf of clients during legal proceedings • Get the appropriate legal documents ready for clients, such as brief, motions, and pleadings, as well as correspondence • Complete legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, and briefs • Work with lead attorney and assist paralegals and team members in connection with keeping track of time records, reviewing client billing, and completing client projects timely. Qualifications: • Required Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school; representation of clients for at least 2 years a plus • Work independently while handling a heavy caseload • Decision-making, public speaking, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, and communication skills are a must Compensation: $105,000 - $135,000 yearly
