About the Role:

• Represent creditors in Chapter 11 cases across the U.S.
• Represent insurance companies in their role as Debtors’ insurers
• Advise lenders in restructurings, foreclosure actions, and UCC sales
• Supporting Chapter 7 Trustees in all aspects of case administration
