BesTitle Agency, Inc. is a title insurance agency specializing in residential and commercial real estate transactions in Ohio, Kentucky, and West Virginia. We are attorney-owned and managed and have been in business since 1991.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Review/approve title searches and documents prepared for closings.

· Prepare any necessary and non-customary legal documents.

· Answer and/or explain all legal issues that may be discovered in the title search with the appropriate parties;

· Assist in conducting closings when necessary;

Make presentations regarding typical real estate issues at real estate agency offices;

Present accredited CE courses to real estate agents of local Boards of Realtors.

Requirements:

· Completion of an accredited law school with a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree

· Active law license in the state and a member of the state bar association

· Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills

· Excellent communication skills.
