    Attorney Brian White & Associates, P.C. is a highly successful Plaintiffs' personal injury law firm focused on continuing growth in Harris County and the surrounding areas. We are now looking for an experienced HR professional to join our team. The successful candidate will bring energy and enthusiasm to the role, while having a strong commitment to providing a high level of customer service within a team environment. Responsibilities: • Coordinate recruitment process: recruit qualified applicants, interview, onboard new employees, and process new hire paperwork, including, but not limited to, processing background checks and all necessary verifications • Advise supervisors and employees on benefit and compensation policies, as well as company policies and procedures • Serve as a confidential point of contact for employees to communicate with management, seek clarification on issues or dilemmas, or report irregularities • Communicate with managers, supervisors, and group leads to support production efforts and hiring needs • Administer benefits, including insurance, savings plan, and bonus programs, among others • Management of leaves of absence, including maintaining contact with employees on leave and all related procedures • Plan and execute firm events on behalf of charitable and other causes • Conduct routine stay interviews and assist with designing plans to resolve identified issues • Conduct exit interviews and ensure the necessary employment termination paperwork is completed and proper procedures followed • Knowledge of state unemployment regulations and processes • Prepare and maintain personnel records, as well as auditing of records • All other duties as assigned Qualifications: EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED: • Bachelor’s degree required • 2 years of applicable HR experience required • Excellent computer skills required. Prefer Microsoft Office, Fileviine and Needles case management software OTHER POSITION SPECIFICATIONS: • Acts with integrity and handles confidential information in an extremely professional manner Compensation: $65,000
