We are actively seeking attorneys for our growing workers’ compensation defense teams with experience in war hazard recovery. Attorneys have the option to either work out of our Houston, New Orleans, or Miami locations. Remote work will be considered for the right candidate.

Hiring Criteria:

• Currently licensed to practice law in at least one state, and in good standing in that state.
• Experience in handling DBA claims.
• Experience in handling War Hazard recovery in front of DFEC.
• Willing to passionately yet professionally defend claims under the Defense Base Act (see https://www.dol.gov/agencies/owcp/dlhwc/ExplainingDBA).
• Committed to providing excellent – and timely - legal work and customer service.
