Mission Recruiting is representing a growing boutique litigation firm seeking an associate with 2+ years of litigation experience.

The attorney will work directly with the managing partner on contract disputes, construction litigation, commercial real estate matters, and other complex commercial disputes. Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery; conducting legal research; taking and defending depositions; appearing in court; and preparing cases for mediation, settlement, and trial.

• Candidates must be admitted to the California Bar. Strong legal writing, analytical, discovery, deposition, and motion-practice skills are preferred.
• Compensation: $160,000–$180,000+ DOE, plus discretionary bonus
• Billable Requirement: 130 hours per month
• Schedule: Hybrid
