Business & Facilities Attorney – Los Angeles, CA

Your Practice Will Include:
- Counseling K-12 and community college clients on real estate transactions and leases
- Advising on construction procurement and resolving disputes
- Drafting and negotiating public contracts and operational agreements
- Navigating complex issues involving CEQA, eminent domain, prevailing wage, and bidding procedures
- Supporting both transactional matters and related litigation
What You Bring:
- Active membership in the California State Bar
- Experience or strong interest in business, facilities, construction, or real estate law
- Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
- Passion for public service and education
- At least one year of post-bar legal experience preferred
