Key Responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of business disputes from inception to resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with precision
• Represent clients in court, mediation, and negotiations
• Develop legal strategies in partnership with colleagues
• Advocate strongly for clients’ rights and interests
